Can I resell or redistribute the templates?
No. All templates, toolkits, and digital products sold on this website are for your personal business use only unless otherwise stated directly within the product description.
You may not:
- Resell the templates themselves
- Share, redistribute, or give away the files
- Claim the templates as your own
- Offer the templates as PLR, MRR, or white-label products
- Include the templates in memberships, bundles, or marketplaces
- Transfer the license to another person or business
Any resale rights must be explicitly stated on the individual product listing.
Can I create editable products using the templates?
No. You may not create editable templates, planners, journals, or digital products that allow your customers to access, edit, duplicate, or reuse the original template structure.
Customers should receive only the finished end product — not reusable source files.
Can I create PLR or commercial-use products for my customers?
No. The license granted to you is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Your customers may not receive commercial rights, resale rights, private label rights (PLR), master resale rights (MRR), or redistribution rights to any part of the templates unless specifically stated in the product description.
Can I use the templates for client work?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, templates may not be used for client projects, client transfers, or done-for-you services where the editable files are shared with another business or person.

Can my VA, team member, or designer access the templates?
Yes — your virtual assistant, employee, or contracted designer may access the templates only for the purpose of creating content or products for your business.
They may not:
- Use the templates for other clients
- Share the files
- Resell or reuse the templates personally
Access must remain tied to your business only.
Can I share the templates with others?
No. Purchasing a template grants a single-user license only.
Templates may not be copied, emailed, uploaded, shared in folders, redistributed, or transferred to another person, team, or business without written permission.
Do any products include resale rights?
Only products that specifically state “Resell Rights,” “Commercial Use Included,” or similar licensing terms within the product description include those permissions.
If resale rights are not clearly stated, they are not included.
What happens if someone violates the license terms?
Unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, or reproduction of our templates is considered a violation of copyright and licensing terms and may result in:
- Revocation of access
- Permanent banning from future purchases
- DMCA takedown notices
- Legal action when necessary
