Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy exists because digital files can be instantly downloaded, copied, and accessed immediately after purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product
• You did not receive access to your files due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve
• The product files are corrupted or unusable and a replacement cannot be provided

Unauthorized Sharing & Chargebacks

All products are protected by copyright laws and are intended for individual business use only unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized redistribution, reselling, sharing, or reproduction of our digital products is strictly prohibited.

Filing a chargeback after receiving and downloading digital products without contacting us first may result in permanent access restrictions and further action if necessary.

Custom Lead Magnet Design Refund and Cancellation Policy

Custom Lead Magnet Design is a personalized service that requires reserved availability, preparation, and custom creative work.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

You may request to cancel your purchase within 24 hours of payment, provided that design work has not begun. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees where permitted by law.

After 24 Hours or Once Work Begins

After 24 hours—or once project planning, content review, design, or other custom work has begun, whichever occurs first—the purchase becomes non-refundable. This policy reflects the time reserved exclusively for your project and the custom nature of the service.

Client Materials and Project Delays

The 7–10 business-day turnaround begins only after the completed project questionnaire and all required content, branding, images, links, and other materials have been received.

If required materials are not submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase, the project may be placed on hold and rescheduled according to availability. Payments are not refundable due to missing materials, delayed submissions, or delayed client feedback.

Revisions and Design Preferences

The package includes one organized revision round. Requests that remain within the original project scope will be addressed through that revision process.

Refunds will not be provided based solely on changes in personal preference, a change in business direction, unused final files, or requests beyond the agreed scope. Additional revisions, pages, or services may require a separate fee.

Cancellation by Templates & Toolkits

If Templates & Toolkits is unable to complete your project, you will receive a refund for any services that were not delivered.
