Thank you for purchasing from Templates and Toolkits. By accessing or purchasing our digital products, you agree to the following license terms. Please read them carefully before use.
1. License Overview
All digital products, including templates, toolkits, planners, and resources, are licensed — not sold.
When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the product under the terms outlined below.
Unless explicitly stated in the product description, no additional rights are granted.
2. Permitted Use
You may use our digital products to:
- Create final end products for your own personal or business use
- Customize templates to fit your branding or content
- Export finished designs into non-editable formats (such as PDF, PNG, or JPEG)
- Use templates as part of your internal business workflow
All final outputs must be significantly transformed from the original template files.
3. Restrictions
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing, you may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original template files
- Claim the templates or designs as your own
- Offer the templates as PLR (Private Label Rights), MRR (Master Resell Rights), or any resale rights product
- Upload or share templates in membership sites, course platforms, or digital libraries
- Sell editable versions of any template or toolkit
- Transfer, sublicense, or gift your license to another person or business
- Use templates to create competing template products for resale
Any resale or redistribution rights must be clearly stated in the individual product description to be valid.
4. Client and Commercial Use
Unless a separate license is explicitly provided:
- Templates may not be used for client work where editable files are delivered
- You may not use templates to create “done-for-you” services that pass on editable assets
- Clients or third parties must purchase their own license to use our products

5. Team and VA Usage
You may share access with a virtual assistant, contractor, or team member only if they are working directly for your business.
They may:
- Assist you in customizing or creating content for your business only
They may NOT:
- Use the templates for other clients or businesses
- Retain or reuse the files for personal use
- Distribute or store the files outside your business systems
The license remains tied to your original purchase.
6. Free Products & Limited Use Items
If a product is offered for free or as a bonus download, it is still subject to the same licensing terms unless otherwise specified.
Some free resources may include limited usage rights (such as copy limits or usage caps). These will always be clearly stated in the product description.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All digital products, designs, templates, and content remain the intellectual property of Templates and Toolkits.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership — only usage rights as defined in this license.
8. License Violations
Unauthorized use of our products, including redistribution, resale, or copying, may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Revocation of license rights
- Legal action or DMCA takedown notices where applicable
We take intellectual property protection seriously to protect our brand and customers.
