PRODUCTS RESTRICTIONS
While there’s so much potential in these digital goods, we should also be aware of a few restrictions that come with using them. First off, as awesome and tempting as it may be, you cannot resell the product with PLR rights. That’s simply a no-go. Remember, as much as we want to get the most out of these resources, that door is closed.
Similarly, transferring private label rights to someone else isn’t allowed either. So, even if a fellow entrepreneur friend of yours really wants to get their hands on your PLR goodies, passing the rights over to them is a non-starter.
TEMPLATES USE RIGHTS & LICENSE
You may use the template you purchased for personal or business use only. You are permitted to edit, customize, and use the template to create your own finished product—such as an ebook, guide, or digital download—for use in promoting your business. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or share the original template file, editable design, or template link with others. The rights granted to you are for single-use only and non-transferable. In short: you can use the template to create and sell your own end product that includes your original content, but you cannot sell or give away the template itself.
You may:
- Modify the original file to avoid an identical end product.
- Modify the original template (fonts, elements, colors) to create a unique end product that matches your brand.
- Take advantage of Canva to customize your printables.
- Create an end product unique to your brand.
- Claim ownership only of the final end product, not the original.
WHAT YOU CAN’T DO
While our License gives you creative freedom, there are still some restrictions:
- You cannot sell the Canva template or share the Canva template link.
- You can not sell our designs as your own (you must edit the content).
- Unless outrightly stated on the product description, You cannot sell our templates for commercial use or as PLR (they’re for personal use only).

As a responsible content creator, it’s crucial to familiarize yourself with Canva’s Terms of Use and Licenses terms. We’re not affiliated with Canva, nor responsible for any violations. Also, please note that the photos used in our designs are purely for demonstration purposes and are not for sale.
